Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the Waygo mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Waygo ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms were last updated on May 7, 2026.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service and that they have read and agree to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where it would be prohibited by law.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account You may not create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes or share your account credentials with others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Waygo offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("Waygo Pro"). By subscribing to Waygo Pro, you agree to the following: Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through the applicable app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery). All prices are listed in the app. Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your app store account settings. Refunds: Refund eligibility is determined by the app store platform through which you subscribed. We do not directly process refunds. Free Trials: If we offer a free trial, you may be charged once the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial concludes. Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Waygo Pro is a personal, non-transferable subscription that grants access to premium features including offline access, PDF export, route optimization, and Google Maps export. Pro features are available solely to the account holder and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Access to Pro features is contingent on maintaining an active subscription. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove Pro features with reasonable advance notice to subscribers. Material reductions in Pro features will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Your use of the Service is also governed by the terms of the app marketplace through which you downloaded it: • Apple App Store: Your use is subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service • Google Play: Your use is subject to Google Play's Terms of Service • Huawei AppGallery: Your use is subject to Huawei's AppGallery Terms In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the applicable app store terms, the app store terms shall take precedence with respect to the platform-specific matters (payment, refunds, distribution).

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation • Collect or harvest user data without authorization • Use the Service for any commercial solicitation without our express written consent We reserve the right to terminate access for any violation of these restrictions.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Waygo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, trade name, and logo may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you create within the app (trip plans, notes, itineraries). By creating content in the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The Service allows you to import and save travel guides and content. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you import does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties. We do not claim ownership of guides or content you import. However, you grant us the right to store and process that content to provide the Service. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content imported by users. Use of third-party content is at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Waygo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses • Damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data • Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components transmitted through the Service In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe: • Violates these Terms • Is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service • Is fraudulent or deceptive • Exposes Waygo to legal liability Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation. For material changes that significantly affect your use of the Service, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the app or by email. We are continuously improving Waygo and may add, modify, or remove features as part of our ongoing development.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
