We collect information you provide directly to us when you: • Create an account (name, email address, password) • Complete your traveler profile (travel preferences, home country, profile photo) • Create or edit trip plans (destinations, dates, itinerary details, notes) • Add flight and hotel records (flight numbers, hotel names, booking dates) • Import or save travel guides • Communicate with us via email or in-app support • Subscribe to Waygo Pro (billing information processed by third-party payment providers) We also collect information automatically when you use the Service: • Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers) • Usage data (features accessed, screens viewed, interaction patterns) • Log data (IP address, access times, app crashes, diagnostic data) • Location data (only with your explicit permission, used for map features)

4. Account & Profile Data

Your account data includes your name, email, profile photo, and travel preferences. This data is required to operate your Waygo account and personalize your experience. You can update or delete your profile information at any time through the app settings. Deleting your account removes your profile data from our active systems — please see our Account Deletion page for full details. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal account data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Trip Plan & Location Data

Your trip plans, itineraries, imported guides, saved locations, and flight/hotel records are stored securely on our servers to provide the core functionality of Waygo. This data is associated with your account and used solely to deliver the Service to you. We do not use your trip data for advertising purposes or sell it to third parties. If you enable location permissions, we use your device location to provide map-based features such as proximity search and location pinning. Location data is not continuously tracked and is used only in-app when you actively use location features.

6. Subscription & Payment Information

Waygo Pro subscriptions are processed through third-party payment providers including Apple App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information. We receive confirmation of successful payments from these platforms along with basic subscription status information (active, cancelled, expired). All payment processing is governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective platform.

7. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience and analyze website traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Within our mobile app, we use analytics tools to understand how users interact with features. These tools collect anonymized, aggregated usage data. We do not use session replay or invasive tracking technologies. You may opt out of analytics data collection through the app settings under Privacy.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in limited circumstances: • Service providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service (hosting, analytics, customer support). We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we begin the deletion process within 30 days. 12. Third-Party Services

The Waygo app integrates with certain third-party services to provide features such as mapping. When you use Google Maps features, your interaction is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy. App Store purchases are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Google Play purchases are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Huawei AppGallery purchases are governed by Huawei's Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through Waygo.

13. Children's Privacy

Waygo is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
